Favorable natural conditions allow local farmers to grow three crops per year. Fruits, vegetables, herbs and cereals are plentiful every season. The Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand of the South China Sea provide seafood. In the preparation of dishes, Thais use all kinds of meat and fish and a lot of spices. Therefore, it is not surprising that Thai gastronomy is boldly included in the top ten most popular cuisines in the world.
The head of all products is Fig. It is consumed in every family every day. Noodles of various types are also particularly popular — rice, egg, transparent noodles made from mung bean flour. Ginger, garlic, chili, coriander are among the spices in high esteem. Thai cuisine is known for its soups, salads, curries, noodles and rice dishes.

3. Sour curry. Traditionally eaten with rice.
4. Pad thai — rice noodles with seafood.
5. Egg noodles with baked pork.
6. Fermented rice combined with pork blood noodles with tofu in a sauce with pork broth and tomatoes.
7. Rice noodles with fish sauce, vegetables and herbs.
8. Wide rice noodles with seafood, chicken, beef, pork, vegetables and sauce.
9. Hao-mok — biryani with beef.
10. Steamed rice based on chicken broth with boiled chicken.
11. Roast duck with rice.
12. Creamy coconut curry with pork, beef or chicken.
13. Green curry.
14. Pork "jelly" curry.
15. Salad based on fried pork, shallots, mint leaves, fish sauce and chili.
16. Som tam is a grated salad based on papaya, peanuts, fish sauce, garlic, chili, lime juice and beans. There are three types of this salad: with crab meat, with dried shrimp, with salted fish gourami.
17. Pickled, fried chicken.
18. Minced pork sausage with herbs. Served fried.
19. Crispy fried fish. Served with sweet and sour mango salad.
20. Marinated, deep-fried fish with spices.
21. Pate based on fish, coconut milk and eggs. It is steamed and served with coconut cream in banana leaves.
22. Grilled cuttlefish.
23. Grilled shrimp.
24. Khanom khrok — pancakes based on rice flour and coconut milk.
25. Baked pumpkin with custard coconut cream. Served chilled.
26. Pickled mangoes.
27. Soft drink cha yen.
