Special booths for quick sex will appear in Berlin

The authorities of the German capital found a way out of the situation and decided to install special sex boxes on the streets of the tourist center.

The booth for "selling love" will have a door that locks from the inside, an alarm button and an emergency exit. As it turned out, such sex boxes are not Berlin know-how and have been operating in the Netherlands, Switzerland and some German cities for several years.

Prostitutes on Kurfurstenstrasse stand both day and night. Sex is treated like fast food here, offering it inexpensively and quickly. The street became the center of Berlin prostitution long before the legalization of sex services. Girls offered themselves here before the fall of the Berlin Wall and even before the Second World War.

But modern Berlin prostitution has its own specifics. Most of the girls are now not local, but migrants from Eastern Europe and Asia, and often they do not have a place where they can meet with a client. That is why acts of corrupt love become public domain and, most unpleasant of all, they can be observed by children.

This is how a native Berliner living near Kurfurstenstrasse expressed his attitude to the problem in an interview with journalists. Locals fully welcome the appearance of sex boxes in the tourist center of the city and hope that this innovation will take root.
