Hannah hopes that after the end of the quarantine she will be able to gather strength and to limit the raging passion for alcohol. Alcoholic drinks for a time soothe the nerves, but then increase the level of anxiety and exacerbate stress. The Briton is trying to reduce the amount of wine to one glass a night to relax at the end of the day. She is confident that she will be able again to become disciplined and to go to the gym five times a week, but now only alcohol helps her cope with depression in isolation.
