Scientists have found that men experience separation harder than women

It is commonly believed that men easily experience personal dramas and rarely grieve because of breakups. But women, on the contrary, are considered very vulnerable in this regard. But it turned out that it is much easier to break a man's heart and scientists have proved it.

Researchers from Lancaster University, in the UK, have done serious work in the field of relationships. They published her results in the popular scientific journal American Journal of Psychiatry. Scientists set out to find the most common problems in couples that can lead to a breakup.

To do this, an anonymous survey platform was deployed on the Internet, which was used by 184 thousand people. But the result of the work turned out to be more valuable than expected. Psychologists have found out that men experience more troubles in their personal lives and especially parting with their beloved.

During the survey, respondents most often complained about a lack of trust and communication problems. At the same time, it turned out that women are not such vulnerable natures, as has always been thought. Psychologist Charlotte Entsville, who headed the project, explained the birth of the stereotype about women suffering from unrequited love:

Men, on the contrary, are always thought of as "real men" who never cry and almost never suffer. There is nothing strange in this, since guys really don't like going to psychologists. They generally prefer to experience tragedies alone with themselves. In general, it is not worth judging the vulnerability of people based on their gender identity, because everyone is different. And, in general, do not suffer, but immediately start a new relationship. This is advised by the same scientists.
