Scientists have explained why now 30-year-old women look younger than their peers in the past

You may have noticed that today's 30-year-old women in most cases look much younger than their real age. And if you compare them with the same 30-year-old actresses of Soviet cinema, there is a huge difference.

Scientists have tried to explain this phenomenon. You can see their arguments (by the way, they are quite reasonable) below.

Scientists are sure that today humanity feels young much longer. Previously, by the age of 30, most families had several children, an extensive household and a whole bunch of responsibilities. Now 30-year-old women communicate with young people, go to discos, wear stylish clothes, build a career and live for their own pleasure. And that's fine!

And here are a few more preferences that 30-year-old women of previous generations did not have.

Now 30-year-olds can safely experiment with images and wear the clothes that they really like. Clothing that can emphasize their style and personality.

Previously, most ladies at this age "hid" under multi-layered outfits, jackets and oversized coats, wore boring turtlenecks and midi skirts. The only manifestation of their character was the use of bright makeup. Now even a make-up is not required to look young and fresh.

Previously, women sought to get married as soon as possible and start a family, because it is much easier to experience all the difficulties and adversities together. Therefore, a stereotype was formed that by the age of 30, a girl of the last generation should already have had a husband with a child, a job and a whole bunch of responsibilities shouldered on fragile shoulders.

Now women have more freedom of choice. Some ladies prefer a career to a family and have children after 30-40 years, and some even choose the position of "childfree". And society (most of it) treats their choice completely normally.

Previously, 30-year-olds did not even know such words as mesotherapy, blepharoplasty, biorevitalization or lifting massage. Now all these cosmetic procedures are available, and modern girls, of course, do not miss the opportunity to rejuvenate a little.

Their peers in the past were forced to resort to folk medicine, which did not always give the desired effect. Not every city resident could afford to find a good cosmetologist, and home care products were a very limited arsenal, including creams with mink fat or lotions based on alcohol.

Previously, to find out the latest news from the fashion world, girls had to wait for the release of the next fashion magazine (and it's good if they managed to find the cherished Burda) or the same rare programs about style on TV. Now, in order to "be in the topic", it is enough to scroll the Instagram feed for a couple of minutes or type in the search engine: "what is fashionable in spring-summer 2019".

In the same way, girls can learn absolutely anything: how to fight cellulite, what exercises to do for fast weight loss, which diets are effective and which are not.

Modern women know that proper nutrition is the key to good health and beauty. They eat salads, drink green tea, refuse mayonnaise and fatty foods.

Herring under a fur coat happens to them only on New Year's Eve, and even then not at all. But avocado for breakfast is a must.

Of course, even now 30-year-old women have a far from sugar life... They have to work hard, including on themselves, in order to stay young and beautiful longer. But the fact that they look much younger than their peers of the last generation is indisputable.
