Alexander Shpak is called the most unusual fitness blogger in Russia and a bodybuilding freak. He is popular and thousands of people are interested in his life, many of whom are far from sports and body modifications. Alexander and his wife Irina call themselves Sasha and Masya and willingly share with subscribers the details of their lives.

For the first time the world learned about Alexander Shpak back in 2007. Then a picture of a strange young man, whom the photographer captured on the beach, flew around the Internet. A massive figure, a tiny thong, a headband on her hair, long blue nails and a tattoo on her entire back - the person of this man caused everyone a lot of questions.

The second time about the strange pitching was remembered in 2010, when photos from his wedding appeared on the web. The hero has changed almost beyond recognition in three years — he enlarged his chest and lips, changed his hairstyle and made permanent makeup. At the registry office, the guy was dressed properly on official occasions, but the pictures from the wedding banquet again sported his swimming trunks.

In the same year, the St. Petersburg TV channel "100 TV" showed a video about the arrest of a bodybuilder who was engaged in the distribution of drugs banned in Russia. The correspondent commented on the detention as follows:

It was then that everyone found out the name and surname of this man, whose photo had been walking on joke sites for years. Then Alexander was lucky — he was given only three years of probation for the sale of anabolic steroids.

Shpak first commented on the situation only in 2019, recording a video review of the case. He said that he worked in a fitness club as a trainer and, like many others, sold sports nutrition to his clients. In order to save money in the warehouse, he had to store the goods at home, where law enforcement officers descended, knocking out the door with a sledgehammer.Alexander had to stay in the isolation ward for a couple of days, and then he was released on his own recognizance. He could have received a solid sentence - up to 8 years, but thanks to the efforts of a lawyer, everything was limited to a minimum penalty. The courts dragged on for three long years and during this time 27 meetings were held.

After that, Shpak himself appealed to the court. He demanded compensation for moral damage for the fact that the Rossiya channel called him "the main drug dealer of the north-western part of Russia," while the drugs seized from him had nothing to do with drugs. Then Shpak was refused to initiate a criminal case.

Alexander Shpak started his promotion on the Internet in 2015. The bodybuilder has an account on YouTube, VKontakte and in Instagram. A little later, the blogger focused on the latter — to date, more than 2 million people have subscribed to his page. His wife Irina has almost the same number of subscribers, by the way, the sixth in a row.

Alexander willingly shares the secrets of success. He says that he and his wife started posting short videos of 15 seconds in 2014, while all other Instagram users focused on photos.

The bloggers called themselves Sasha and Masya, as a result, these names were firmly fixed for them. Interestingly, it was not possible to repeat the success on YouTube — there are 10 times fewer subscribers to the couple's account there than on Instagram. The family does not spoil its audience with diversity and their content consists of travel stories, everyday scenes and philosophical arguments on camera.

But Sasha and Masya have long gone beyond the network, becoming active participants in various projects. In 2018, Masya tried herself as a singer and even recorded a couple of albums. Alexander himself is a regular guest of various TV shows where, basically, they discuss his extraordinary appearance.A year ago, Sasha and Masya became guests of the show "Let them talk", where they were asked about body modifications. By the way, the bodybuilder's wife also slightly improved her body by inserting breast and buttock implants. However, she is far from her spouse, who has undergone dozens of operations and is not going to stop there.

On the TV show, Sasha has to answer a variety of questions, including incorrect ones. One day he was asked— "Who did you dream of becoming as a child? That shit from under the bed? Barbra Streisand?". Another time, in front of the whole country, they began to ask what it was like to "wipe your ass with such nails."

Shpak reacts calmly and humorously to all questions, including provocative ones. He says that he made the first body modifications in 2005 and has not stopped them since. Alexander completely "reshaped" the face, including three times enlarged and 12 times reduced the lips.

Tattooists worked on his body for 2,200 hours, for which they had to pay more than 5 million rubles. Alexander installed implants in his chest and buttocks, but got rid of them a few years later. He also sawed off his teeth, making them look like fangs, and then put veneers. He experimented a lot with his hair - he dyed it in all the colors of the rainbow and even increased it.

Sasha and Masya have never hidden that they constantly resort to the services of plastic surgeons, as it is quite obvious. At the same time, they are not fixated on their appearance and constantly say that the inner content of a person and his sincerity are more important than the outer shell.

When Alexander is asked why he needs all these operations if his appearance is not visible, he replies that he perceives his appearance as a kind of filter that allows us to filter out people who are not interested in him as a person. Once upon a time, before his metamorphoses, Shpak was just a brutal jock and worked as a security guard and coach. But he got tired of being just a "big guy" and wanted to go beyond the norms accepted in society.

Everything is fine in the couple's family life. Sasha and Masya claim that it helps them to live soul to soul that they always talk, and do not accumulate resentments in themselves. Among the videos in the Shpakov account there are not only pleasant moments, but also quarrels. Thanks to his athletic physique, Alexander managed to find a job as a security guard with a salary of $ 400, which then almost doubled. But a few years later, he decided to devote himself to coaching and selling sports nutrition.

There were difficult periods in Alexander's life. He admits that he mortgaged his parents' apartment twice to get out of financial crises. But now everything has returned to normal and the main income of his family is the profit from successfully made investments.

The huge popularity of Sasha and Masi has a downside. Every day they receive a lot of negative comments, including threats from not quite adequate people. Alexander is often written that he was cursed by Allah and demanded to return to normal appearance, and Irina is constantly asked if she wants to find a normal man.But Shpakov is supported by a huge army of fans who do not care about Alexander's appearance. They claim that they very quickly stopped paying attention to his modifications and concentrated on his thoughts and actions. Most people see in Shpak, after all, not a funny freak, but a good man and a man in whom there is more masculinity than in many guys with a brutal appearance.

As for Sasha himself, he is sure that the lion's share of his detractors are people who have achieved nothing in life and dream of popularity themselves. They are annoyed not by tattoos, sawn teeth and implants, but by the success that they cannot achieve.
