Nicolas V. Sanchez draws with ordinary ballpoint pens in an ordinary album, achieving incredible color accuracy. He depicts portraits of people and animals. He often gives himself up to memories, studying his cultural identity — all the artist's relatives live in Mexico. Sanchez himself lives in New York. He is published by well-known magazines, and last year the artist was awarded a commission by the New York Academy of Arts. 

Nicolas V. Sanchez was born in 1983 in the Midwest of the USA, in Michigan. He was educated at the College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids and the New York Academy of Arts.

The pages of the maleskin notebooks, with which the Master practically does not part, are filled with portraits of people from the distant past and present, images of animals - horses, dogs and cats, landscapes of photographic quality and colorful still lifes. This format allows you to create anywhere and at any time, whenever the opportunity is given.
