Feinstein's work is in the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art, the International Center for Photography, the Jewish Museum, George Eastman House, the Museum of Photographic Art, and the Museum of the City of New York. His portfolio, photo essays and articles have been published in major periodicals worldwide including LIFE, Aperture, Audubon, Connoisseur, L'Illustriazione and Popular Photography.
