And this applies not only to celebrities who resort to various tricks, but also to ordinary citizens. In Russia, there are only a few representatives of the fair sex who have preserved their beauty at this age. Let's see why our post-Balzac ladies quickly lose their attractiveness.
Experts in the field of beauty and health name five main reasons for premature aging of Russian women. These factors also apply to the residents of most of the former Soviet republics that have crossed the half-century mark.
For many women, the age of 50 becomes a turning point. They believe that most of the tasks in their life are completed – marriage, the birth of a child, home improvement, career. Now you can also retire, that is, live "for yourself". Many people put in this concept the removal of dietary restrictions and the rejection of a regime developed over the years. As a result, uncontrolled weight gain, and extra pounds, as you know, do not make you younger.
The life of a modern person is full of events and stresses. Especially many of them have women who also take everything especially close to their hearts. They practically do not know how to relax, putting a trip to the dacha in the concept of "leisure". And outside the city, they usually do not enjoy nature and kebabs, but immerse themselves in the work of the household, doing the garden and vegetable garden. Add to this conflicts with your spouse and children, troubles at work and lack of money. All this does not affect the appearance.
Often Russians are wrong about their wardrobe. "I'm not so young to wear such things anymore" – think almost all women who are 50 years old. They stop following their style, give up makeup and manicure, and fashionable hairstyles are replaced by primitive combs. We can say that our ladies themselves diligently age themselves, choosing unfashionable, old clothes.
With age, women begin to appreciate comfortable shoes and give up heels. But comfortable shoes or boots often turn out to be frankly old-fashioned. But today in the shoe market you can find many excellent options without a heel that look stylish and at the same time have all the qualities of orthopedic shoes.
Dental problems are a legacy of the Soviet era. Someone has not yet corrected the mistakes made by the "experts" of the best free medicine in the world, and someone simply does not have the money to seriously engage in the restoration of the dentition. The cost of dental services is growing rapidly, but the income of citizens is not. There is no longer a Hollywood smile after 50-many people dream of at least getting the opportunity to chew comfortably.
As we can see, the problems of the fair sex are quite obvious, although their solution does not always depend on them. But if you make some effort, it is quite possible to prolong youth and look no worse than the peers from Germany, Poland or the United States.
