For Anna and her husband, this is the second child, and since both pairs of grandparents, as well as most of their friends, live in Europe, the young parents decided that photographs would be the best way to realize their plans.
Anna began to look for inspirational ideas for a photo shoot, but none of them satisfied her. One day her husband had an idea to draw a stork with chalk on a blackboard. The couple did just that, and their friends liked the resulting photograph so much that they recommended continuing this project. As Anna herself says: “We used everything that was around us for inspiration, even our daughter’s skateboard or costumes from the Alcatraz prison that you can buy from Pier 39 in San Francisco. Soon we had a whole story revolving around our sleeping boy. Our son was 5 days old in the stork picture and 3 months old in the underwater wedding picture.”

1. Since Anna is a photographer by profession, she began to offer this idea to her clients. If you're curious, she never places babies directly on the cold, hard surface of the board. Instead, babies are always laid down on something soft like a pillow, and then Anna uses "digital art" to create the final photo.
