And student dormitories are no exception in this sense. For example, the current newly-born British students now expect at least a separate bathroom in their room. Well, dear parents, demand begets supply: if you decide to send your child to study in London, you can rent a great room for a student in a luxury apartment for only 270 pounds (360 dollars) a week. The apartments are worth such money for a reason: they are equipped with heated floors, their own cinema, gym and panoramic windows through which a magnificent view opens.

For many, probably, the price of $ 360 per week will make their eyes pop out. But students have access to such a spacious and modern living room.
The reception area also, in general, has little in common with the usual ideas about a student hostel. It smells more like a trendy hotel.
The building of the "hostel" in the area of the Aldgate metro station.
High rental prices do not confuse the guests. On the contrary, it is difficult to rent accommodation in many such apartments, because rooms find tenants very quickly. In addition, such offers are valid not only in London. For example, in the capital of Wales, Cardiff, you can rent a small room "just" for 175 pounds ($ 233) a week.
Tiled bathrooms would look more appropriate in a hotel than in a student dormitory.
Each of the rooms, located in seven high-rise buildings across London, is equipped with a double bed, a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a dining area.
The cost of renting such a studio in the City of London area, near the Aldgate metro station, starts from 270 pounds (360 dollars) per week. A studio for a couple will already cost 435 pounds ($ 580) per week. The rest of the apartments are located in such areas of London as Highbury, Bankside, Hammersmith and Paris Gardens, whose postal codes would cause the envy of many full-time residents of London.
Among the common areas available to residents are small cinemas where students can watch a fun movie or get to know each other.
However, in the town of Exeter, for 1,000 pounds ($ 1,333) a month, you can rent such a room in the old library building.
But such housing options are not to everyone's taste. For example, one of the students criticized the company Pure Student Living, which provides apartments for rent, for trying to deceive its customers in everything. "Everything is fine in the promising photos of these apartments: open space, huge tables, lots of soft sofas, fascinating panoramic windows. However, this is just a common room. The floors covered with a thin carpet create the feeling that you are standing on bare concrete. All the rooms are very uncomfortable, the mattresses on the beds are just pathetic, in general, all this has very little to do with the concept of "luxury"," said London student Johnny Long.
To Johnny Long's words that the apartments are not worth their money, the owners of the company replied that they offer housing at average prices for these areas.
For 270 pounds ($ 360) a week, residents have round-the-clock access to the gym.
"The cinema is frankly pathetic. I was relieved when I thought I would never live here," says Johnny Long.
