By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/luxury-apartments-in-singapore-with-private-garage.htmlA newly opened apartment building in Singapore offers apartment owners the luxury of their own private parking space right next to their living room, high in the sky. The so-called "heavenly garages" are located in the Hamilton Scott skyscraper. Downstairs there is an elevator that lifts the cars of the owners of the apartments directly to their luxury apartments. A glass wall separates the living rooms from this "garage", allowing owners to proudly display their expensive toys.
The Hamilton Scott skyscraper is within walking distance of Singapore's famous Orchard Road, a city infamous for its lack of outdoor space. Although multi-level parking for the residents of the house would be enough, the developers decided to go further and literally lift the cars into the living rooms. It all starts in the basement where drivers leave their cars at a certain point. Then they get out of the car and undergo a biometric scan, after which the elevators raise their cars to the right apartments. The whole process is automated and does not require the participation of the driver.

Each penthouse can accommodate 4 cars.
