Nevertheless, some members of the team took to social networks in support of the cheerleading program, demanding a transparent and fair trial.The mentors of the support group were kicked out after three months of investigation, during which 60 team members were interrogated. Head coach Jomo Thompson and his assistants Ben Head, Spencer Clann and Kelsey Lacroix were fired.
