Journey in 1993: looks like an abandoned British pub, which was closed 27 years ago

Everything connected with the so-called time capsules, is of particular interest. It turns out that in the UK there is an abandoned pub, which closed in 1993. It was located in the basement of the building, where there is a large shopping center. The basement just closed, and the entrance was bricked up and the pub was trapped! But recently, the network began to appear the pictures of this place...

The closure of drinking (or any other) point — it is normal and natural, but not every institution can boast of its unique history

The Green Man pub ("Green man") to 1993 he worked in the basement, located in the current shopping centre Carillon Court in Loughborough, Leicestershire. Then closed it, and then the building was repaired and the entrance to the former pub closed wall. And years later, this "time capsule" was opened.

It turned out that the room still as it was the last day before closing — until the unwashed beer mugs on the bar. The pub, the Green Man even wrote a book — a novel called "the Dark secret of the Green Man." The authors — Steven Ashurst, Kern Jette, Melinda Ingram and Donna shepherd studied at the local University and in his work made the Green Man pub key place where the story unfolds.
