By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/italian-artist-stuffs-classic-sculptures-with-tattoos.htmlHave you ever wondered what the famous classic marble sculptures would look like if they were related to criminal gangs and the mafia?
The "tattoo artist" behind this is Italian artist Fabio Viale, who wants to show us a new way to look at the old and familiar. The artist decorates famous sculptures with realistic tattoos inspired by Russian gangs and Japanese yakuza. The end result shows a stark contrast between the traditional cleanliness associated with white marble statues and criminal tattoos.
