"Bubble Rooms" are located in the jungle, near the Mekong and Ruak Rivers. During the day, you can watch the jungle animals from them, at night you can look at the stars.
Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort in Chiang Rai, Thailand offers travelers to live in the company of elephants. Guests are offered to spend the night in a room similar to a soap bubble. Due to the fact that the room is completely transparent, the guest has a unique opportunity to observe animals in their natural habitat, as well as enjoy the views of the rainforest.
Unusual rooms with transparent walls are installed on a small platform with stairs. The area of one "bubble" is 22 square meters. It has enough space for a large king-size bed and two armchairs.
Two bubble capsules are made of "high-tech polyester fabric". Each of them is air-conditioned. The cost of a night in such a hotel starts from $ 560 for two. The price also includes a dinner basket, a fully stocked mini-bar, 24-hour room service and tea and coffee.
The room in the "bubble" does not need to be booked separately, it goes in addition to the room located in the main building of the hotel. Since the "soap bubbles" are located in a remote place in the middle of the forest, guests are picked up from the hotel and taken by SUV, driving through rice fields, to the place of overnight accommodation. There tourists will have an outdoor picnic and incredible views of the wildlife world.
Together with the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation (GTAEF), whose headquarters are located on the hotel's territory, the resort implements a program to help elephants affected by abuse, as well as animals whose owners could not support them.
