In Hawaii, they found a river with alcohol, but scientists, as always, ruined everything

Their belief in this will become even stronger after the news from the island of Oahu. There, local residents found alcohol in one of the rivers. Unfortunately, there were no miracles of nature and scientists quickly uncovered the mystery of the alcohol-containing stream.
A river with alcohol content in the Diamond Creek Valley was discovered by local residents. That is, they were well aware of the existence of the river and somehow came to its shore to rest and fish. But the stream stunned nature lovers with a distinct smell of alcohol. According to eyewitnesses, the river smelled like a pub that was working at full capacity, but was not ventilated for 3-4 days.
Hawaiians did not dare to taste the water, but turned to local ecologist Carroll Cox. The latter, having made sure that the river was actually with a fume, sent a request to the state Health Department. A mobile laboratory went to the place, which made a strange, but quite expected conclusion. The water strength was 1.2 degrees, that is, less than in beer, but still 3 times more than in kvass.
In general, the water turned out to be less degrees than we would like. It could still be an incredible discovery and attract crowds of tourists, but the pundits ruined everything. They refused to recognize the alcoholic river as a miracle of nature and began to look for the causes of the phenomenon. It turned out that the largest Paradise Beverages brewery in Hawaii is located in the upper reaches of the river.
Most likely, there was a leak somewhere in the company. It was eliminated and the water no longer confuses nature lovers with its smell. Brewers cannot explain how their product got into the river and an investigation is underway at the plant. When the cause of the pollution of the waterway is discovered, the beer company will not be well. Hawaii is rightfully considered the most intolerant state of the United States to environmental pollution. And how else, because the main wealth of these islands is fantastic nature.
In general, beer is no worse than water. One Californian even managed to put out a fire with a foam drink and saved his house and store.
