Celine's creative process is divided into two stages: first, she searches the Internet for portraits of celebrities that will appeal to both Chinese and Western audiences, and then edits them by inserting her image. To match the spirit of the photo, the girl makes a make-up appropriate to the era, hairstyle and picks up clothes.

The photographer admitted that she was inspired by old photos from her own family archive for this project. With this photo project, she expresses concern about the absurd worship of celebrities, while at the same time demonstrating the possibilities of photography in the modern world.
