I can see everything from above: what are the observation deck

Throughout the history of mankind sought up: the legend of Icarus, the tower of Babel; the wonders of the world: the lighthouse of Alexandria, Colossus of Rhodes. Someone wanted to climb to the sun, and someone- to see the Earth from above. To this day, one of the most visited attractions around the world — the observation deck. We are thinking about what they are.
