How the appearance changes: six Israeli girls in 5 years

Six years ago, photographer Neta Dror took portraits of six Israeli girls, who were 15 at the time. And now, 5 years later, Neta returned to them and took them off again.

Now 20-year-old young women in portraits seem more confident and collected. In fact, the age difference is striking: changes have occurred not only in appearance, but also on an emotional level. "It was incredibly interesting to see how they have changed, how differently they present themselves to the camera, such adults, self-confident and not willing to open up in front of the camera now. It was clear that now they understand themselves and their body more."

The main goal of the photo project is not to show dramatic changes in the "before and after" style, but rather to capture subtle moments when growing up is just beginning.
