Many years ago, problems with alcohol and drugs significantly undermined Kevin's life, led to his arrest and loss of his job. While on compulsory treatment, the man returned to his passion for fine art. He decided to develop his talent after completing the rehabilitation course.

"My works are dedicated to the different paths we follow. They talk about growing up and living in this crazy world. These paintings are about emotional trauma, fear and loneliness and about the strength that is required to endure all this and live a full life. Each of them contains a contrast: spotlessness and innocence in the foreground are opposed to dirt, ruin and desolation in the background," says Kevin.
