1. For about a year, a woman could not get pregnant with a third child, and in July her wish finally came true. As Kim herself writes on her Facebook page, she had some suggestions that she might be pregnant with twins, but she definitely did not expect such a development.

2. "During the first ultrasound, the doctor began to count the fetal eggs: "The first, second, third, fourth, fifth!"", says Kimberly. "Did I hear right? There are FIVE of them??? I asked. And then I lost the power of speech and could only laugh." (By the way, the probability of conceiving quintuplets naturally is 1 in 55 million).

3. Of course, Kim's pregnancy cannot be called cloudless: she suffers from nausea, joint pain, itching, frequent urination, insomnia and eating disorders. But all five babies in her belly are healthy, and Kim keeps a positive attitude.
