These incredibly beautiful photos of abandoned places — the brave work of French photographer who travels around the world to capture the splendor of the crumbling buildings. Roman Weyoun from Paris traveled to Europe, Africa and Latin America to shoot everything that was left from the ruins of houses and cancellation of trains to abandoned casino and empty the prisons.

A novice researcher of the urban environment said that neglected places sunk into his soul as a child, when he played in abandoned buildings in the vicinity of the homes of their grandparents. "I always loved to go there and tried to imagine what their story is and how the people there lived or worked. Eventually, I decided to try to capture the spirit and atmosphere of eternity, which they are experiencing, to show how time has stopped and as the destruction of nature and gradually take possession of these places."

Pictures of Roman Weyoun went into his first album in hardcover under the title "Ask the dust" (Ask the Dust). The photographer hopes to soon travel across Asia to complement your collection of images. Weyoun says exactly where the building, which he took because he feared that they might be destroyed by vandals.
