More than 20 major museums and educational centers participate in the festival — the Moscow Planetarium, the Museum of Moscow, the Robostation, the Bolshoi Theater Ballet School and many others. Each of the participants prepared a unique animation program specially for the festival. In total, there are 33 venues within the framework of the festival, each dedicated to a separate science — astronomy, physics and chemistry, history and social studies, mathematics and others.
A full description of the venues and a detailed map of the festival can be found on the website.

An impressive urban space dedicated to sports, dancing, new technologies and other hobbies of modern young people has appeared on Novy Arbat. The decoration of the site is a giant climbing wall in the form of the inscription "Arbat — Moscow".
There is a bike school, as well as a skate park, where professional coaches tell you how to safely master new sports.
By the way, there are three skate parks at the festival. In addition to the New Arbat, free skateboarding schools operate on Tverskoy Boulevard, next to the monument to Timiryazev, as well as on Bolotnaya Square in the city drive park - "Urbanino". You can take the necessary sports equipment right on the spot and try yourself in new sports.
On Tverskoy Boulevard, in addition to skateboarding, you can play basketball, petanque, badminton, jump on a trampoline, and this is not all the possibilities. Just a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts!
Here you can also play a game of giant chess.
For those who like more elegant spheres of activity, the organizers of the festival have prepared a real surprise at the Theater Square. Every day anyone can master ballet steps under the guidance of professional choreographers from the Bolshoi Theater. Vocal workshops are also held at this venue.
And for the most curious, a series of astronomy classes from the Moscow Planetarium takes place on Nikolskaya Street as part of the festival, where you can learn about active volcanoes on the satellite, about the countless snowflakes around Saturn and even look through a real telescope.
By the way, a real "cosmic" lecture for the festival was prepared by the popular YouTube channel QWERTY. At the lecture, you could learn about five different ways to visit weightlessness, technologies for flights to the stars, and even what would happen if you fell into a Black hole.
Fans of physics and chemistry should go to Revolution Square, where a real scientific laboratory will be waiting for them.
And also to Novy Arbat, where the Experimentanium museum conducts experiments almost every day and tells in an interesting and simple language about complex natural and technological processes.
In general, any fastidious person will find a lesson at the "Back to School" festival. We advise you to visit! Just hurry up — there's not much time left until the end of the festival!
