French woman raped in her sleep over 90 times at husband's initiative

When we talk about the modern world, we often add "civilized". At the same time, we don't want to think that even today, completely wild things are happening around us. In France, Dominique Pelico, a 71-year-old resident of the city of Mazan, is on trial. The pensioner is accused of drugging his wife Gisele with tranquilizers and inviting men into the house who raped her.

The investigation established that 72 people took advantage of Peliko's offer. Not all of them have been identified yet, but the police are working on it. The men whose identities have been identified have been searched. In several cases, the police found child pornography on the computers of the defendants. Dominic Peliko himself is accused not only of organizing gang rapes, but also of murder.

Dominique Pelico was detained by police in a supermarket in the city of Carpentras in September 2020. At that time, the 67-year-old man was engaged in an indecent act - taking pictures under the skirts of female visitors to the store. The pervert was searched and his laptop and smartphone were confiscated.

After analyzing the man's online activity, the police found out that he actively used anonymous chats. In them, Peliko offered strangers to rape his sleeping wife. Investigators also found folders on the computer with hundreds of photos and videos in which different men had sexual contact with Peliko's wife Giselle. The woman was unconscious.

All the content was carefully systematized. The title of each photo or video contained the date of shooting and the nickname of the man from the anonymous platform. Dominic Pelico not only stored these materials, but also published them for free on specific sites.

It was later revealed that the man had been slipping tranquilizers into his wife's food and drinks. When she lost consciousness, Peliko would invite strangers into the house, who would rape the woman. He found them all in the "Without Her Knowledge" chat on the Coco.gg website. Incidentally, this resource continued to operate during the investigation. It was only in June 2024 that it was closed.

Over the years of its existence, this resource has appeared in lawsuits 23 thousand times. The portal was mentioned in cases as a place where drugs were distributed, as well as content with rape and child pornography. Dominic Pelico was a regular on the site, where he sat under a pseudonym. He told its visitors that when his wife Gisele was under the influence of drugs, he could do things to her that she usually did not allow.

For his dirty deeds, the pensioner used the tranquilizer lorazepam. It was prescribed to him by a doctor. Peliko was supposed to have 450 tablets of the drug per year. Gisele Peliko was raped at least 92 times between 2011 and 2020. What is interesting is that three of the rapes occurred after Peliko was arrested. The man was released on bail and immediately began making arrangements with new "guests". He was arrested again a month later, when a video of Gisele being raped was found on his laptop.

The victim herself does not remember a single case of violence. She learned the truth about her husband during the investigation. The 72-year-old woman lived with him for 50 long years. She described him as a kind and caring husband. Three children were born in the marriage - a daughter and two sons. Neighbors and friends say that the Pelico family is quite prosperous and friendly. True, some remembered that Dominic sometimes called his wife a "whore", but said that it was a joke, and she did not take offense.

Due to taking tranquilizers, Giselle complained of lethargy, memory lapses, and prolonged sleep. Doctors even suspected that she had the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. During the investigation, she had to watch several videos of rape. Giselle described her emotions as follows:

Dominique Pelico asked men not to use condoms. Medical examination revealed that Gisele suffers from 4 sexually transmitted diseases. Fortunately, HIV, syphilis and hepatitis are not on this list.

The investigation uncovered many unpleasant family secrets. Among the files on Dominic's laptop were photos of his unconscious, naked daughter. They were stored in a folder called "My naked daughter." Caroline, 30, burst into tears in the courtroom. She said:

Peliko also hid a smartphone in the bathroom of his home and took photos and videos of his sons' naked wives when they visited him. He also posted these materials on a website for perverts. The man's grandchildren recalled that their grandfather sometimes offered them to play doctor. In addition, he bought them toys for undressing in front of him.

Giselle Pelico divorced her husband during the investigation. She was a brave woman and insisted on an open trial. The trial began on September 2, 2024, in the city of Avignon. There are currently 50 men in the dock out of 72. 18 defendants and Dominique Pelico are in custody. The defendants in this case face up to 20 years in prison for aggravated rape.

Shocking details of the crimes were revealed at the trial. The men invited by Peliko parked their cars far from the house on his instructions. He gave tranquilizers to his friend and had sex with his wife at least 10 times.

During the trial, Dominic Pelico admitted to another sex crime. In 1999, he attacked realtor Estella B. in an empty house he allegedly wanted to buy. That time, he only managed to commit "acts of a sexual nature." The maniac, threatening with a medical scalpel, tied up the victim. He tried to tranquilize her with ether, but nothing worked. The woman managed to break free and run away. That incident was not publicized and Dominic got away with it.

Pelico is also suspected of murder. In 1991, 23-year-old real estate agent Sophie Narm was drugged, raped and mercilessly stabbed to death. Dominic Pelico denies involvement in the murder committed 33 years ago, but the similarities in the crimes are obvious.
