An explosion at a coal mine in western Turkey has killed at least 200 people. According to various sources, hundreds of miners are still underground, rescuers are still searching. According to Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz, 787 people were in the mine at the time of the explosion. And he called a short circuit a possible cause of the explosion. The country's authorities have already announced that the incident is one of the worst in Turkish history.
