For three years, 25-year-old Taylor Morrison was obsessed with a healthy diet consisting mainly of green vegetables. And gradually, from a person suffering from excess weight, he turned into a real Koshchei Immortal: at the most critical moments, the guy weighed only 64 kilograms.

At the age of 19, after the appearance of a second chin, Taylor Morrison decided to take drastic measures and put himself in order.
To begin with, he decided to limit himself in food: bread, pasta, rice and other simple carbohydrates were excluded from the diet.
However, soon the good beginnings turned into a real obsession. At first, Taylor refused alcohol, and then completely switched only to boiled chicken, fish and green vegetables.
At some point, it got to the point that Taylor consumed only 1,700 calories a day — that's 800 calories less than the recommended daily allowance for an adult male (2,500 calories).
On top of that, Taylor was also obsessed with training, believing that he needed to exercise at least 3 hours a day. Part of the time Taylor pulled iron, and for another 2-3 hours he walked or ran.
"I didn't allow myself to spend more than two hours a day sitting. At the most critical moments, I weighed no more than 64 kilograms and I literally had no fat. My body was eating my muscles," Taylor said.
"I was so thin that I couldn't stand barefoot, it hurt me. I couldn't even run a few meters and climb the stairs alone."
"At that time I was a rather unpleasant person: I was constantly bragging about my achievements, judging others. But at some point I realized that I was just torturing myself with my actions, and decided to soften the approach to recovery. I began to eat better and now I weigh 88 kilograms, while I look pretty fit. Now I feel stronger," Taylor admitted.
"Food is not your enemy" — Taylor wants to warn others that a diet craze can be very dangerous for health. Everything is good in moderation.
