Dudes of the XXI century

When photographer Carlotta Cardana arrived in London a few years ago, she quickly became interested in a new fashion trend: groups of young dudes walking the streets, "imagined" in the style of the 50s and 60s. Carlotta was struck by the unusual style of the young people and wanted to get to know them better. This is how her photo project “Couples of dudes” was born… The photographer was interested in just a couple of so-called mods, because the author of the photo project wanted to understand how stylish boys and girls influence each other and how they complement each other. While working on the project, she met many interesting young people who were not even 25. “I was struck by the youth who decided to devote themselves to an era to which they did not belong.”
