David Perkins has been filming dancers for ten years. It looked like this: studios, special lighting, stylist, makeup artist and so on. "It's expensive and exhausting," the photographer admits. A couple of years ago, he decided to regain the joy of working with dancers and began making a series of portraits at their home — and not on stage or somewhere else. No studio, no special lighting, no makeup: they're just dancing!
