By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/curious-photo-series-caretakers-of-russian-museums.htmlAmerican photographer Andy Freeberg (Andy Freeberg) took an interesting series of photos about the caretakers of Russian art museums. During his visit to the famous museums of Russia, he noticed that their employees, sitting in the halls, surprisingly correspond to the paintings they look after, and even in some way complement them.

Andy was so shocked by this observation that he not only took photos, but also talked to each of the women. He learned that often the caretakers can choose which paintings they will have to sit in front of. The reasons why they chose such a job were different: from spiritual proximity to art to "it's better than sitting at the entrance".
