By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/canadian-cyclist-draws-gps-pictures-on-maps.htmlWhen fitness-obsessed Canadian artist Stephen Land started tracking his cycling routes using GPS, he saw that you could draw all sorts of creative things with these red lines. On January 1, 2015, he created his first drawing, driving around the city in such a way that on the map his route looked like a greeting "Happy 2015!". Since then, progress has gone very fast and the works of GPS art have become more complex and thoughtful. At the moment, Land has created about 70 paintings.
First, Land plans his paintings by marking the route with a pencil on the map. This is not so easy, because you need to find roads that are connected by a continuous line.
