Before fame and plastic surgery: 15 photos of what Russian stars looked like in their youth

Today they are famous, successful, stylish, rich. There are a lot of stylists, makeup artists, massage therapists and fashion designers around them. But it was not always so. Each of the modern Russian stars had a time when they looked like ordinary average people: overweight, with pimples, with simple makeup and an incomprehensible hairstyle of an indeterminate hair color.

But now many of them have forgotten about this, assuring themselves and others that they always looked great. We want to argue with this.

We present to you a selection of photographs in which you can hardly recognize celebrities. And the longer we look at these images, the less trust we have in the words that plastic surgeons’ offices are completely unfamiliar to domestic superstars.

It must be said that this applies not only to charming ladies, but also to men who are already in old age.
