When Richard Jenkins was still a child, he often raised his hand in class to answer what it called Harvard.

"They mocked me, saying, "you think You're clever?"" — said Jenkins.

It turned out that he really was the smartest. Having survived a difficult childhood, high school students from Philadelphia to Harvard University on a full scholarship.

During its short life, Jenkins has managed to face many challenges, starting with poverty and ending bullying classmates. But the guy was able to turn these difficulties into motivation.

Childhood Jenkins, together with his younger brothers and mother were on the street, when he lost the mortgaged house. The family had to move to Tennessee, then to Florida, and then again in Philadelphia. When Jenkins was in sixth grade, he and his family lived in a shelter for the homeless. Then he realized that learning can be a way out of this plight.

Despite the martyrdom of his migraines, Jenkins began to study hard and show interest in the technology. In 11th grade he got into Girard College, a boarding school for gifted children. There's a guy managed to not only learn. He played basketball, joined the Board of College and club space. In College about it respond as about very creative guy who likes to take the initiative.

When it came time to apply for admission to the University, Jenkins sent in three universities in the ivy League. University of Pennsylvania put the guy in the waiting list, Yale and completely denied.

The University just took Jenkins, but also offered a full scholarship, that is, free tuition, accommodation and meals.

After the Jenkins family announced the happy news, his godfather Donald Kinsey launched a fundraiser on a crowdfunding platform to buy the guy a few things and tablet.

But Jenkins, who during his life has had a lot to overcome, gives advice to the younger generation.
