A resident of Indonesia adopted a child and brought up an ideal husband from him

All her life she worked hard and it so happened that she did not meet a man who would become her husband. At the age of 65, a holiday came to her street — she finally tried on the traditional bride's outfit and walked down the aisle. Mbah raised her husband by herself, since her adopted son became her chosen one.
The absence of her husband and her own children did not prevent Mbah Gambren from experiencing the joy of motherhood. The woman adopted orphaned babies and so raised three daughters. When the girls got on their feet and left the house that had become their home, the kind Mbah decided to adopt a boy.
She managed to take a teenager named Ardi Varas from an orphanage, but the issue of adoption was resolved for a very long time. Gambren was considered the guardian of young Ardi until he turned 23, only then the bureaucratic machine moved and the adoption was formalized.
The woman thought... and agreed. There were no obstacles to the conclusion of such a marriage, because he and Ardi are not blood relatives. The almost three-fold age difference was the only aspect that confused the bride, but the adopted son was very convincing in seeking her hand.
Don't be misled by the meager amount of the ransom — it's just an old wedding tradition of Indonesian Muslims. The amount of ransoms for brides in Sumatra generally starts from 200 rubles and this is considered normal. In an interview with the local press, Mbah stated that she feels absolutely happy. She has put a lot of effort into raising Ardi and now understands that she has raised an ideal spouse for herself.
