The girl was not ready for such a negative reaction caused by her appearance and weight.
Harshi started her transformation — she started going to the gym, leaning on hourly cardio exercises. As a result, in the first 10 months, the girl lost 42 kilograms (the initial weight was 107 kg). Moreover, she used to eat almost everything — for example, she could eat two pizzas in a day and wash it all down with a liter of Coca-Cola. "I was obsessed with food, it wasn't normal," Harshi says.
After starting to train, Harshi changed her diet.
She replaced hamburgers and semi-finished products with green salads and protein, reduced the amount of sugar and salt consumed.
In 2011, Harshi lost 42 kilograms and since then has been working on herself and her figure without ceasing.
However, now the nurse has switched from cardio to weight lifting.
