A man with Down syndrome became a father and is now proud of his doctor son

There is an opinion that people with Down syndrome cannot have children. But this is not so — there are many cases when women with this disease have given birth. Sometimes men with this syndrome also become fathers. This happened in the family of the Syrian Jad Issa (Jad Issa). A man with a genetic disease and his healthy wife gave birth to a boy. Judd's son was not only born without the syndrome, but also became a doctor.

As a child, the life of Sader Issa differs little from the life of his peers. The boy understood that something was wrong with his father, but he was not deprived of his attention. The mother also made every effort to ensure that her son did not lack tenderness.

Sader now remembers that his father Judd spent a lot of time with him. They wrestled, played board games, did various household chores and read books. The family was lucky — the local community accepted them as they are and never teased the child and his unusual dad.

Judd dreamed that his son would go to college and get a higher education. He worked hard at a flour mill and saved money for his child's studies from every salary. Now Dr. Sader Issa recalls that the thought of how hard his dad gets money motivated him to study.

Even when Sader was a student, his father liked to say to strangers on occasion: "You know, my son is a doctor." He couldn't wait for the guy to get his diploma. Recently, a man posted a photo with his dad on a social network and made a touching caption under it:

Sader Issa became a dentist — this is the highest paid medical specialty in Syria. His father never tires of saying that he is happy and has not lived his life in vain. On Twitter, the young dentist wrote that the love between his parents decades after the wedding is just as strong. His father and mother spend a lot of time together and can talk for hours and watch romantic movies.
