A lost "Golden age": 44 documentary photos by Vladimir Sokolaev

If Vladimir Sokolaev once took up a camera and realized that photography is his life's work, we would have lost a very unique and valuable source of information about Soviet reality since the "Brezhnev stagnation", which we still called almost the "Golden age" of Soviet civilization.
