With its help, you can create complex structures using plastic and metal instead of ink. Huge printers allow you to build buildings quickly and cheaply. The American company Mighty Building can print a house on a 3D printer and install it in just 24 hours. Such housing will cost 100,000 pounds (about 7.5 million rubles).
The company Mighty Building from California uses a printer with a height of 6 meters. With its help, you can create a small cottage that is brought to the customer by truck.
Parts of the building are connected using synthetic stones according to the pattern on the plan. The building can be used as an office or guest house.
It takes only a day to install a building with an area of 32.5 sq. m. In the process, 95% less physical labor will be required than on a conventional construction site. In addition, there is 90% less garbage left, which makes the project more environmentally friendly.
80% of the construction process is automated. Employees only insert windows and conduct electricity at the installation site of the building. A bathroom made by another company is also installed separately.
In the Netherlands, a bridge capable of supporting 40 trucks was even printed on a 3D printer. It will be used by cyclists.
