He offers to give people a free tattoo if they agree to stick their hand in the hole and give him the right to decide what he will draw. His project was called Whole Glory.

The trust that people feel in Scott who agree to put their hand in the hole is not so groundless: Scott has tattooed celebrities such as Marc Jacobs, Orlando Bloom and Penelope Cruz.
