Programmer Sachin Sanghe from the Indian city of Bangalore spends most of his free time carving crayons, from which he creates incredibly elegant, neat and detailed tiny sculptures-from Indian celebrities to Hindu gods.
He started this hobby at school. After continuing his education at the technical university, he postponed his favorite occupation for some time, but after graduation he returned to it and over time he succeeded so much that now the self-taught artist is considered one of the best sculptors-carvers in the world.
And although Sachkhin has been creating miniature sculptures for 15 years, according to him, he still has a lot to learn.
Now Sachkhin has succeeded in this lesson, spending about 5-6 hours on each statuette, although more complex works can take up to 130 hours. People do not get tired of praising Sachin's creations.
To date, the self-taught artist has more than 200 chalk miniatures in his collection: from Indian celebrities to a breathtaking miniature replica of the Taj Mahal, which reportedly took him 80 hours of work.
