A carriage in which everyone will feel like a VIP: Kazakhs have created a five-star hotel on wheels

A special high-comfort car runs around Kazakhstan, inside which there is a hall, a cinema, a shower room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms for ten people, as well as specially trained personal guides and a waitress. A great alternative to an airplane!

An amateur video that appeared online last summer demonstrates the interior of the 70004 car of the Turan Express company. Anyone can rent it. And apparently, this time there was an ordinary Kazakh family on the video, which is quietly having breakfast under the sound of wheels…

This hotel on wheels is also called the Kunaev wagon: in the 80s it was the official special transport of Dinmukhamed Kunaev, who from 1962 to 1986 held the post of first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR.

In 2013, the service life of the special wagon ended (according to the standards for all types of passenger cars, it is 28 years), after which it was sent to a factory in Alma-Ata, where it was completely modernized, turning into a hotel on wheels.

Now the car is a VIP apartment for those who do not want to travel like a mere mortal: special transport is in demand among Kazakh pop stars, foreigners, ambassadors and officials. It is also popular with those who are going to a wedding.

The interior of the special car is decorated in retro style: vintage dial telephone, curtains, wooden furniture. There are ten sleeping places in the car. In the first compartment there is even a large double bed, in the rest there are smaller beds.
