A British woman suffers from a rare disease that makes her fall in love with everyone she meets.

Alexandra Birch from the UK suffers from a rare congenital disorder - Williams syndrome. It is transmitted through genes and affects only 1 person in 10,000. This can include both women and men. The disease has many symptoms, but the most unusual one is that people suffering from it tend to fall in love with everyone around them.

Williams syndrome makes Alexandra friendly, affectionate, charming and socially open. Because of this, the 27-year-old woman is hyper-social and falls in love with the people she meets at first sight. Alexandra also has problems with cognitive abilities and development, as well as with the cardiovascular system.

The woman's older sister, Victoria, has to keep an eye on her. A relative says that Alexandra is not just incredibly sociable. She wants to hug people, including complete strangers. She can easily throw herself on the neck of the first passerby she meets and kiss him with happy eyes.

Victoria teaches her sister that not all people have good intentions or are simply in the mood for such hugs. Unfortunately, Alexandra already has a negative experience that she does not like to talk about. In an interview with reporters, she only said:
