She admits that she has been feeling incredible lightness, energy and endurance for decades, and all thanks to her unique diet.
For 27 years, Anne Osborne has eaten nothing but fruit, and drinks nothing but juice and water. The woman spoke in detail about her feelings, the reasons for the drastic change in diet and physical condition after switching to fructorianism in an interview.

Ann Osborne calls herself a vegan, even though her diet is something more than giving up meat and dairy products. For 27 years, a woman has not eaten anything but raw fruits, periodically supplementing her diet with various juices and plain water. On holidays, Ann allows herself to drink a glass of soda.
Ann Osborne's path to a healthy life began at the age of 25. The girl deliberately decided to give up animal products, and eventually completely replaced all the dishes on the menu with raw fruits.
Ann did not change her principles, even when she gave birth to her second child. Moreover, both of her sons grew up on the same diet and never had health problems, according to Osborne.
Along with breast milk, her youngest son, as he grew up, additionally received nuts, seeds and raw fruits. Now Osborne's children are 27 and 14 years old, but they still follow the principles of vegetarianism, albeit without such restrictions as their mother.
Ann admits that she has never chased after the perfect figure. The main goal of switching to a strict diet was to improve physical well-being and lifestyle in general.
Ann says that fructorianism does not interfere with her daily life in any way. If a woman goes to a cafe with her friends, she learns his menu in advance, and if there is no fresh fruit in it, she just takes the food with her.
"I just ask the waiter to arrange the fruit on a platter and serve it with the rest of the order."
However, there are several disadvantages to such a diet. Firstly, from a medical point of view, eating fruits alone can lead to a lack of nutrients and vitamins. In addition, a person following such a diet will receive too few calories.
And fructorianism is not cheap. This was told by Anne Osborne herself. Buying groceries for a week costs a woman about 200 Australian dollars (9,200 rubles).
Before switching to such a diet, it is strongly recommended to consult a doctor. In the future, a fructorian needs to regularly monitor his weight in order to keep it within a healthy body mass index.
