1. Don Brancho.
On February 24, 2010, Don Brancho, trainer at Seaworld Orlando, was killed by a killer whale. The whale reportedly tugged Brancho by the tail on her head and dragged her to the bottom of the pool, where she drowned.
2. Timothy Treadwell.
On October 5, 2003, in Katmai National Park in Alaska, where he lived for 13 years, Timothy Treadwell was killed by a bear. Willie Fulton, the pilot, was supposed to pick up Treadwell and his girlfriend, Ami Hugenard, but found an empty camp. Local park rangers found their remains. Rescuers found Treadwell's disfigured arm, spine, and right forearm in various locations.
3. Roy Horn.
In March 2002, Roy Horn of the popular German-American artist duo Siegfried and Roy were bitten in the neck by a white Bengal tiger while performing at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Horn survived the attack but was in critical condition for several weeks. Horn was reported to have suffered a stroke and partial paralysis, and doctors had to remove a quarter of his skull during an operation called a decompression craniectomy to relieve pressure from his swollen brain.
5. Steve Irwin.
Andrew Oberle studied chimpanzee behavior at the Gullall Institute in South Africa. Oberle reportedly bypassed two security fences to get close to the chimpanzee, provoking his attack. His parents asked the hospital not to disclose the extent of their son's injuries, but reports leaked out that the victim had lost an arm and toes.

The world was shocked to learn that beloved wildlife expert, television star, and conservationist Steve Irwin, known as the Crocodile Hunter, was killed after being fatally pierced in the chest by a mantle while filming an underwater documentary. called "The Deadliest Ocean".

On October 31, 2003, Bethany Hamilton went surfing in Tunnels Beach, Kauai. Around 7:30 in the morning, she was attacked by a tiger shark and bit off her hand. Hamilton lost 60% of her blood, but survived the attack and continues to surf to this day.
8. Wes Perkins.
Wes Perkins, 54, and his companion were chasing a bear on a snowmobile when he attacked and severely injured Perkins, leaving him in critical condition. Perkins was rushed to the Seattle hospital but managed to survive.
9. Jenna O'Grady Donley.
Australian tourist Jenna O'Grady Donley was fatally attacked by a pygmy elephant at a wildlife sanctuary on the island of Borneo, Malaysia. O'Grady Donley was said to have frightened the animal while trying to photograph it.
