For those who are tired of fried potatoes and scrambled eggs and want to diversify their menu, we have collected 7 cool dishes that will take no more than 30 minutes to prepare.
1. Burrito on a plate

Cook the broccoli for 2 minutes. Cook the salmon for 4 minutes. Cut the asparagus into 3-5 cm pieces. The cooled salmon is cleaned from the skin and bones, disassembled into large pieces, broccoli inflorescences are disassembled into smaller ones. For filling, beat 2 eggs in a bowl, pour in the cream, add the finely grated cheese and herbs. Mix it. Add salt to taste and pepper.
Heat the oven to 190 °C. Put the broccoli, salmon slices and asparagus in the baking pans. Pour out the cream filling. Bake for about 25 minutes. Serve in molds, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
3. Macaroni with cream cheese and spinach

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion, garlic and half the thyme leaves. Add salt and pepper and fry until transparent. Put the spinach leaves in the pan and let them "float". Add cream cheese and mix well. Add the pasta to the pan with the spinach and cheese, stir and heat for 1-2 minutes over low heat. Add the remaining thyme, if necessary, pour in a little water in which the pasta was cooked.
4. Salmon nuggets with vegetables

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Cut the salmon into cubes (medium-sized). Chop and fry the onion in olive oil until golden brown. Mix zucchini, salmon, and onion in a bowl. Separately, beat the eggs, flour, herbs, salt and pepper into the dough. Combine the dough with the fish mixture and zucchini, mix. The dough should be as thick as sour cream.
In a frying pan with preheated oil, spread the dough with a spoon and fry until golden brown. Spread on paper towels to remove excess fat. Serve with herbs, cherry tomatoes, lemon.
5. Spatula steak

Heat the grill pan and grease with vegetable oil. Fry the steaks with a thickness of about 1 cm on both sides until the desired degree of roasting. Let the finished meat "rest" on the board, covered with foil. For garnish, boil the broccoli and cauliflower until almost tender. Then fry in the same pan until the meat "rests", adding vegetable oil, along with cherry tomatoes.
6. Fried mushrooms with spices in sour cream

Chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Simmer the onion in a frying pan until golden brown in preheated vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms to the pan, stir and simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add salt and sour cream. Stir and fry the mushrooms for another 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, place the mushrooms on a platter, add the spices and serve.
7. Spaghetti with zucchini and chili pesto

Preheat the oven to 150 °C and brown the nuts for 10-15 minutes. Boil the spaghetti al dente. Keep the water hot. Mix the nuts with the tomatoes, chili pepper, garlic, olive oil and salt. Mix all this with a blender until you get the sauce. Using a vegetable peeler, cut the zucchini into strips. Use a knife to cut into thin strips a la spaghetti. Chop the zucchini core as finely as possible. Mix the zucchini with the boiled spaghetti and pour boiling water from under the pasta for 3 minutes. Drain the water, pour the lemon juice over the pasta and mix with the zest. Then mix with the sauce of nuts and chili. Serve, sprinkled with whole nuts.
