Perhaps you are doing something every day that is not good for your skin. Let's look at a few unforgivable mistakes.
5 PHOTOS
1. Mistake #1. You do not wash your hands with soap before applying skin care products.
A huge number of microorganisms live on the hands and fingers. And they, along with care products, can move to the skin of the face and provoke inflammation and rashes. In addition, fingers secrete a certain amount of sebum, which, if it gets on the face, can clog pores.
All this can affect the face, not in the best way. Therefore, before applying any product to your face, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Remove all jewelry and never apply hand cream before applying cosmetics to the skin.
Mistake #2. Touch your face with your hands throughout the day.
Scientists have created a special heat map, which indicates the areas that we most often touch. On average, we touch our faces 13.3 times every 20 minutes.
But we still remember microorganisms on the fingers and sebum, rashes, and clogged pores. So: the more often you touch your face with your hands, the worse the skin condition (by the way, this rule also works with hair).
Yes, like it or not, but you have to constantly monitor your hands and show willpower for the sake of beautiful skin.
Mistake #3. Go to bed with wet hair.
Unexpected, right? Many people know that this is bad for hair, but how does it affect the skin of the face?
In fact, with moisture, a huge number of microorganisms get on the pillowcase and pillow. And since warm and humid places are their favorite comfortable environment, they will multiply there with triple strength. And this can cause not only inflammation on the face, but also nasal congestion, itching, and an unpleasant rash.
Mistake number 4. Rarely change the pillowcase and towels.
This stems from error #3. Everything accumulates in the pillowcase: moisture, dust, dirt, remnants of care products, and skin particles. A paradise for bacteria that cause inflammation.
Beauticians strongly recommend changing your pillowcase once a week. And even better - once every three days.
A similar story with terry towels. They are constantly in contact with moisture and are an ideal breeding ground for microorganisms that are not needed on the skin. There are two ways out: you can either wash towels often or switch to disposable paper towels.
Mistake #5. Neglect the purity of beauty products.
This includes processing rollers, apparatus, brushes, etc. They help us in many ways: get rid of edema, cleanse the skin, and speed up the absorption of serums and creams. And after each procedure, they must be processed, otherwise the next time you will apply not only a care product to your face but also a mixture of microbes and an old cream.
Makeup brushes and phones should also be cleaned regularly.
