In early March, Vygranovsky began a risky test while at home in Moscow. Vitaly talked on his YouTube channel about the course of the experiment, describing the sensations and emotions. The man began to irritate the atmosphere of the capital and he decided to go closer to the pristine nature - to Abkhazia.

The Glisson loop is a device for stretching the spine, used for osteochondrosis. Adherents of healthy lifestyle like to use this simple projectile for physical exercises.

Under the last video of Vygranovsky, filmed before his death on the 40th day of starvation, commentators not only pitied him, but also resented his stupidity. Most often, users mentioned the so – called Darwin Prize-an unofficial nomination awarded on the web to people who have self-killed or maimed themselves due to ignorance.

Lovers of "unity with nature" often die because of excessive confidence in their abilities and knowledge. A year ago, there was a tragedy with another blogger-St. Petersburg survivalist Alexander Norko. The extreme man did not starve himself, but, on the contrary, looked for something to eat in the forest.
