Richard Silver is a New York-based travel photographer and has traveled to over 94 countries to explore our everyday world. His favorite subject for photography is architecture.

The libraries hold some of the most valuable interiors he has ever seen. They are beautiful, colorful, ornate, and exquisite to photograph. Here are many of the libraries he photographed during his travels.

Throughout his career, his work has been exhibited in both museums and galleries, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, AGallery in New York, Krause Gallery in New York, and Skyscraper Museum in New York. New York, NY, and the VERVE Art Fair in Brooklyn, NY.
