100 years of protest: chronicle of the struggle of African Americans for racial justice

From silent protests of 1917 on the streets of Manhattan to the recent massive unrest that followed the death of George Floyd — these are included in the history of photography forever imprinted a long and violent struggle of African Americans for racial justice.
