#1 Couple Shot At Sunset
My name is Ria, short for Maria.
I was told by my artist father I was born a photographer. As a child, my favorite toys were a film camera that belonged to my father and a self-built camera obscura. My playground was the photographic darkroom within my loving family home. My father inspired me to pick up photography.

#3 Bride And Groom At Sunset
Back in 2014, as a freelance photographer, I started publishing my photographs for Johnston Press. Sport has always played a big role in my life and I have also been able to work with some of the world's best sports stars in action.
I have covered all sorts of photography, but after capturing my first wedding, I was hooked. Being a qualified artistic photographer calls for commitment and imagination. I have been able to use my skills at many of the finest wedding venues in England and across Europe. I have twisted myself into some weird and wonderful positions to create that flawless wedding photo, the years of yoga have proved very handy! I have dangled out of a two-seater plane at 2,000 feet to capture a pilot wedding. While at the wonderfully bonkers venue of Fawley Hill, I had my ear licked by a curious alpaca as I lined up a shot. Anything can happen on the day.

I continuously keep up to date with the latest technologies by attending photography workshops, and completions and updating my gear whilst maintaining my signature style.
The natural look is my preferred style. My elegant and candid wedding photography with an artistic twist captures the story of the couple's big day and brings smiles to the faces of the happy couples. I cover Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London. However, I feel lucky that I have been able to use my skills and talent to photograph weddings all over Europe.
